Return and Refund Policy

At Hector and Leopold, every cap is made to fit right from the first wear. If something is not right, we will make it right.

30-Day Fit Guarantee

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If your cap does not fit as expected, write to us and we will help you choose the best solution: an exchange or a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. You can use our Withdrawal Form or simply send us a clear statement by email. Our 30-day return window applies on top of this right.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@usehectorandleopold.store with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will reply with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can process your return quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like a different colour or style, let us know when you contact us and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@usehectorandleopold.store with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review it and offer a replacement or a refund.

Discounted Orders

Items purchased with a bundle discount can be returned. The refund will reflect the price you actually paid for each item after the discount.
