At Hector and Leopold, every cap is packed by hand and sent with care. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or busy sale periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, the carrier and local delivery conditions.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on your country, customs fees, import duties or local taxes may apply. When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order is taking longer than expected or your tracking has not updated for several days, write to us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
