Adjustable styles fit head circumferences from 54 to 60 cm (21.3 to 23.6 in), which covers most adults. Measure around your head just above the ears and across the forehead, snug but not tight.
A few styles come in fixed sizes for a more traditional fit; on those you choose your size above.
